This page is for members of the Zero BS app. If something is not working, or you have a question about your account or your information, email us and we will help.
Contact us
Email app@zerobscoaching.com.au for anything to do with the app. Tell us which phone you use and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot helps, but please leave out anything private.
We answer every email as soon as we can. Requests about your personal information are answered within 30 days, as our Privacy Policy explains. For privacy questions you can also email braydon@zerobscoaching.com.au.
Logging in
- There is no sign up inside the app. The app is login only. Coached clients get their login from their coach by email. App-only members get theirs in the welcome email after joining on our website.
- Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password on the login screen and follow the email. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder, then email us.
- No login yet? Ask your coach, or email us from the address you used with us.
Notifications and Apple Health
- Notifications and Apple Health or Health Connect steps and sleep are both optional. The app works without them.
- To change either one, open your phone's Settings, find the Zero BS app and change the permission.
Report a bug or share an idea
In the app, open Profile, then Bugs and ideas, and send us a message. You can add a screenshot. You can also email us on the address above.
Delete your account
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete my account at the bottom. You confirm with your password and by typing the confirmation phrase. You can also do it on the web at app.zerobscoaching.com.au/delete-account.
Your login closes straight away and your private extras are deleted. Your coaching records are kept for the period set out in our Privacy Policy and then deleted, or sooner if you ask and the law allows. If you cannot sign in, email us and we will do it for you.
Want a coach?
Online coaching is a one-to-one service with a real coach. If you are an app-only member and want to apply, use the Apply for online coaching form in the app, or the application form on our website. It sends a message to your coach and nothing is charged in the app.
