These terms apply to the Zero BS Coaching phone app and coach website (the "app"), run by Braydon Luke Schulz trading as Zero BS Coaching, ABN 60 748 249 151 ("we"). Your coaching itself (price, block length, refunds) is covered by your coaching agreement, not by these terms.
1. Using the app
- You can only join by invite from your coach.
- Keep your password to yourself and don't share your login. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- Give honest information: your coach relies on it.
- Don't try to get into anyone else's information, break the app, copy it, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful or abusive.
2. Not medical advice
The app and your coach give fitness and nutrition coaching. That is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Check with a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition plan, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop and get medical help if something hurts or feels wrong. Automatic targets in the app are suggestions; only lift what you can do safely with good form.
3. Your information
How we collect, use and protect your information is in our Privacy Policy. You own what you put in the app. You let us store and show it to you and your coach so the app can work.
4. Our content
Programs, exercise notes, videos and the app itself belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You can use them for your own coaching only. Don't copy, share or sell them.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep the app running and your information safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own records of anything you can't afford to lose. We may update the app, and sometimes we need to pause it for maintenance.
6. Ending
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to close your account. If your coaching ends, your coach may archive your account: you can still see your history but can't add to it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. What happens to your information then is in the Privacy Policy.
7. Your rights and our liability
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss, or for injury from training you choose to do, except where it is caused by our negligence.
